Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and we ask that you allow 4-6 working days delivery.
Q; How do I return an item/order?
A; If you have any issue with an item you have ordered please request a returns authorisation number. This will help us resolve your issue more quickly. In order to obtain a returns authorisation number for an item you wish to return please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order reference number, your email address, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Q: Do delivery times vary?
A; Yes, We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), and orders placed before 12pm will normally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 14th of December cannot be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.
Q; Are all your products genuine?
A: Yes all our products are sourced from Official Distributors, so we can guarantee our customers the highest quality products at the best prices.
Q: Is shopping with VitaPure secure?
A; Shopping with Vitapure.co.uk is 100% safe. Our secure checkout is certified by Trustwave. We do not store your credit / debit card details at any time. As soon as you click to confirm your order your credit card details are encrypted and processed immediately.
Q: How do I create an account on VitaPure.co.uk?
A: You will be required to enter your Name, Email Address and you will also be required to create a password.
If you are creating an account while completing your first order then you will then be requested to enter your billing address details, delivery address details, and credit card number in order to proceed with your order. If you have any problems while setting up your account or simply require some advice or assistance then please contact at email@example.com and customer service team will help.
Q: What if I have forgotten my password?
A: If you forget your password then you can go to the forgotten password page and enter your registered email address. Our website will then email you a new password that you can use to log in to your account.
